Text to Speech works, but nothing else

The text-to-speech seems fine on the pre-installed books (most of the reviewers here clearly just have no idea what text-to-speech is). Its all the other problems. Importing books is unintuitive, and they usually dont work (showing only blank pages, saying "the language isnt supported" when the book is in English, or crashing the app). Moreover, if the app ever crashes, it will NEVER open again, even if you reboot the phone. The only option is to delete the app and reinstall, and re-send all your books. Installing the male voice causes the app to crash (and thus, never open again). Books are only shown in cover flow, but it doesnt recognize epub covers, so it generates identical generic covers for all books with the name of the book in tiny, tiny text (3 pixels high?) so its hard to even see what book youre choosing. After spending a few hours re-installing and syncing dozens of times without getting a single page to read without crashing I finally gave up. Ill hold onto it in the hopes they fix the problems, but theres an awful lot of them.
