Innovative ebook reader, almost audiobook player

As an ebook reader, it works fairly well. My daughter has enjoyed the ability to have it read her stuff she wouldnt otherwise be able to read.

As an audiobook app, its not quite there. I listen to a lot of audiobooks while driving, doing chores, etc. This app reads well enough when the screen is on, but doesnt allow me to turn the screen off, put the iPod in my pocket, and keep listening. That is an essential feature for me to keep using it. Would be even better if I could use the play/pause button on my headphones too.
